Chinese Chicken Salad

Recipe from Jen W.

1 head napa cabbage, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
2-3 cups diced/ shredded cooked chicken
2 pkg. Chicken Top Ramen Noodles, broken up
4 T. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds

* I toast my seeds and almonds together on a big cookie sheet @ 300' until they are slightly browning.
* The larger the cabbage the more salad you can enjoy! :)

Dressing:

1/2 C. sesame seed oil
1/2 C. salad oil ( I use canola or peanut)
6 T. rice vinegar
4 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 seasoning packets from Chicken Ramen

Mix dressing and pour over prepared salad, toss and serve.
